Chasing The Wrong God?
It's a typical Saturday morning in Portland, Oregon. At 11:00 am. Five city pastors join together to stake out the "gates of the city"...
The Church has divorced itself from reality
The church has so separated faith issues from life concerns that it has opened up a huge gap between religiosity and reality. In so doing it discourages us from being ourselves in church, since being ourselves is presumed to be other than what’s acceptable.
The practice of "Nepotism" is alive and well
That the lawful heirs of reigning monarchs would succeed them on their demise has been an accepted rite for centuries. Should pastors be passing on the saints to their sons like goods and chattels, or pieces of real estate?
